samsung note 8 microphone problem help

i cleaned my note 8 connector with alchol and it enter to microphone and now when i call someone he couldn't hear me till i speak too louder
any idea ?

Isn't there a microphone check tool in developer mode? I would first make sure that it is really a hardware issue before dismantling the phone.
