It is word about HONOR Magic 6 RSR PORSCHE Design BVL-N59 1TB/24gb .
I have this phone for about 14 months. I have few problems, even after factory updates, and I woulld like to flash FACTORY Firmware for this model, and start over. I tried with factory reset , but problems still exists. Now it has latest update 9.0.0.175 (C721E14R2P2)
By the way, problems are:
1- When I finish call, display stays half dimmed, and I cant use anythig (like touchpad doesnt work), till I LOCK and UNLOCK phone again.
2- During call, I can not go into menu and find someone's contact number, or go into other app. I Have to move of my face by side (so phone can't do face recognition - or I cant enter into menu), and unlock it by finger, then GO BACK, then enter into wished app.
3- Very often I can not call previously called numbers. Somehow , phone deletes prefix of the country. like +381 ( +381681234567) or zero "0" (0681234567). I Have to go to phonebook and call it manually.
4- Sometimes I have problem vith VIBER. I dont have "UPPER BUTTONS" for call, videocall, 3 dots... I can only send message to that contact.
One more thing, I called our customer service, and sent them emails few times, and GAVE UP.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SOLVE THIS?
