how to upgrade firmware ?

Hi peeps my sons android tablet has an update for the firmware but i havent a clue how to install it any ideas guys

would help more if you reveal what android tablet it is actually is and what firmware is already on the device

You willfirst have to root the device before you can update the firmware search for [Z4MOD root]
