7 inch tablet

looking to get a 7 inch tablet ,got bitten once before with a cheap o that i can not up date or re-flash,so iam looking at the amazon kindle fire hd wich is released at the end of the mth in the uk,or looking at the samsung galaxy tab 2,price differance between both about ?45
any one recomend which to get
