kindle HD and audio books ?

ive downloaded an audio book from this site and want to put it onto kindle HD , ive tried using calibre , but it wont convert it , as the file ive downloaded is a NZB file , can someone tell me how to put an audiobook from this site onto a kindle HD ? thanks

If I'm understanding this correctly.

You have downloaded a 'link' file for a newsgroup download. It's like downloading a torrent file, you need a program to download the actual file using the link you downloaded.

you are probably right , so can you please tell me what to do , when i click on the rar file from this site , it goes to the downloads on my pc , then how do i get this actual audio book ? thanks , sorry for sounding thick but havent done this before .
