updated new software for the samsung tablet gt p3110,now the sound is really low cant get it to go higher its on max,any ideas was it the update thats done this thanks for any help

It might be.

Check all possible volume levels as there are options within the Settings > Sound menu.

You could also try resetting it & instead of selecting UK, try USA instead. The EU decided we are not sensible enough to decide how loud to play music, so all devices sold within the EU have a restricter on the max volume.
