Surface RT tablet APPS Question/

HI can anyone tell me how i can download apps to this model of tablet,as it will only let me download from its playstore, and the app im looking for is not in that playstore, and when i try to download it from google it stops it, thanks for your help.

It's called sideloading and I may be wrong but i'm sure you have to jailbreak it.
