Howdy all, this is the first time I've had a problem with this device. Used since 2016ish with no issues. Have kept up with all updates. It currently powers up, I select the maxcheck icon, it opens the home screen. When I click the diagnostics icon, screen flashes white, then returns to the maxcheck home screen. I've tried to open it attached to the vehicle, not attached, even tried with out any cables connected. Still the same result. Hoping to contact support, but they closed at this time. Was curious if anyone else has had this issue, and how did you correct it.
