Xbmc box problem

Hi all my dad has bought a new Android box. It's got the likes of mash up etc on it.

It plays most things like movies fine, but trying to watch sports it keeps getting a error message saying something like " external drive is running ".

Anyone know what that's all about?

Google "how to watch live sport on XBMC/KODI" you'll find loads of links explaining best addons etc........
