Nothing on m8 working all of a sudden

All of a sudden I get no stream available on my M8 Android box. Im running kitkat 4.4.2 is there a new firmware available or is it another problem...its happened to a mate of mines as well...thanks in advance for your help.

I take it you have bought a locked box and now nothing works so a reflash with correct firmware is now required. Search how to flash m8 box by sd card and how to flash stock firmware on m8 box. You can then add whatever you want to the box. hth
