no, that don't work. for non jailbroken iPhones is the appstore the one way for installing apps.
you have to make a jailbreak.

You can run cracked AppStore apps on a non-jailbroken iPhone(not sure about iPad...you need to check) with a program called IPA God... it's been out for a bit....not sure if it's still being developed anymore...
