Need help with Ipad 2 and Itunes solution.?

My mom just recently gave me her Ipad 2 and I already have an Itouch. My itouch is already synced to my computer and the Ipad 2 is sycned to my moms mac. What would happen if I sycn the Ipad to my itunes? I have all my songs( downloaded from free music wesbites) already in a different folder. Also, is iCloud compatible with music that is downloaded from free music sites or only from itunes? I want a way to have everything on my itouch on my Ipad2, will iCloud help me with that? My mom also has some music videos, a movie, and some songs on the Ipad already. Will those be deleted when synced?

Syncing on your comp will delete what's on the iPad and replace it with what's in your iTunes.

Yeh everything will be lost.

Even a backup and option to transfer wont let you keep them and the only way to get you're songs on the iPad is if you've got all you're songs on you're computer HDD unfortunately
