Ipad air safari fault

Hi

I Jailbroke my ipad air and all is well except safari and emails keeps force closing straight away.

I have downloaded other browsers and email apps and they work fine.

The problem is certain applications use safari as default to open webpages and as it doesn't work im having problems.

Is there an easy fix to get safari and email working again?

Im on ios 7.0.4
