IPAD 3 RESTARTING BY ITSELFS

ipad 3 keeps restarting by itself and apple or orange will do nothing about it as im out of warranty...i've done a system reset and it wont even activate through iTunes or wifi connections..i don't know what to do or where i stand..any help would be appreciated

Have you done reset in dfu mode through i tunes?

Is the device jailbroken. Also is it in a constant restart
Cycle or just periodically restarts itself
