            Have you found a solution since then?
            it's really sad not to find a solution with an iPad, because I too have the same problem with an iPad.
            If I take it to a repair shop with an Ipad specialist, will it solve the problem? thank you

              Is there any resolution for IOS 9.3.5 without using a PC? I have tried Phoenix and Panda and neither work?

                  Go to settings - general - about and you should see the software version.
