Delete Music From iPod App

Hey!
I have been downloading music to my iPhone & moving them to the iPod app using iFile.

But, I am a bit confused.
Is there a way for me to completely delete the songs from iPod?

It does not play once deleted through iFile but its still on iPod & its doing my head in.

Please help.

The iPod/music is controlled by itunes.....connect iPhone to computer....delete(de-select) music with itunes.
