add italian apps

HI, I have a Iphone 3G, and i like to add some Italian Apps wich are in The Italian Itune. At the moment one message cam up and sead i cant becouse my account its not italia..

Its the only solution???
If so, after the jailbroken, i can steel up date the softwer and i do not have any problem to conect with itune....???
