Iphone4's and iPad's can download find my iPhone but I thing you have to have installed first and turned on. But for the future the app is free and it works great by gps and you can even send a massage to the phone or lock it and even remote wipe it if you don't think you could get it returned. But I would check with apple to see if this will work for you without it being setup first.

Free one from apple m8, did you not have it installed , called find iphone, you can find it's location via google maps.
If you dont have anything installed I think your gubbed, best to phone up your provider and get it blocked, b4 someone sells it on.

i feel for you pal hope somehow you have it returned to you.
I have gone to some legnths to further my chances of my phone being return incase it gets lost

            1. installed find iphone and hidden the app so it can not been seen as running to the average joe
            2. set a code on my phone and have text to ENTER 1234 above (wrong code)

this then brings up a message to ring 0788XXXXXX2 if found for reward.

my mrs phone number so if for any reason the finder finds it in them selves to return the phone for a reward etc.

Jo-Jo that's a really good idea I have my phone locked with a password to and also have the find my iPhone app on it and think that's the best way. But thinking of what you have also setup is a good idea. Thanks

Yes update to 4.2.1 and then re jail break but if you rely on an unlock then I would stick with your current firmware
