problems with cydia plz help

need some help cydia just undating database when i go in2it then come back with posix operation timed out then comes up with 2essential packages currently out of date also cant load safari also got an update on itunes on the spring board and 3 on the cydia app plz help

When in cydia,if it says essential upgrades then update they will be security updates or source updates always install these.
This may solve your problem,come back if still any problems.
Install metadata through cydia and run this when you install crackedd apps this removes the data that's asks for updates in iTunes

Does safari crash when trying to load a page or can you just not gain access to websites?

@2 download on wifi then everything was fine cheers guys but it still froze be4 connect 2 wifi also ppl not sure if i should start a new post but got a prob with my partners iphone kept getting host unavalible when trying to install installous4 started downloading then the phone crashed silly me tried restoring the phone was stuck on apple logo im now stuck on the connect to i tunes i tunes wont load firmware and keep getting 1015 error tried ireb with no joy it it connects to the phone but puts me back were i started ive downloaded version 4.1 what the phone was on but when i shift and restore i cant see anything in the file any help will be good cheers guys

spot on mickey cydia asking for major upgrade tonight although it is running much slower than normal.
