Apple iOS 4.3.2 Untethered Jailbreak Arrives

Untethered Jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 with Redsn0w for Windows, Mac released
As we told earlier, Apple did not patched i0n1c Untethered Exploit in iOS 4.3.2 update. Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 4.3.2 has been released with Redsn0w by Dev Team. This works for iPhone 4, iPhone 3Gs, iPod touch 3G/4G and iPad 1. Unfortunately iPad 2 is still not supported but Chronic Dev Team has promised they are working on iPad 2 Untethered Jailbreak.

Thanks for the info... I have read through the guide and it seems fairly straight forward....

One question I do have... I currently have an iPhone 4 jailbroken on 4.1 (I used lumerain)... can I update to 4.3.2 using the standard instructions....

Any advice would be great...

Here we go again... a load of muppet fanboys rushing to upgrade to the latest firmware....regardless of the many Cydia apps not compatible with 4.3.2 let alone 4.3.1.

Upgrade and enjoy but don't bitch about your Cydia apps,themes,tweaks not working.

Fijiman means installous etc games etc there is never a rush to upgrade by people like fijiman or me etc.... Because there's no immediate need unless your already on that ios....also sometimes there can be bugs/or just certain things not fixed or compatable and so on....
Like they say if it's not broke don't fix it

I have done a few now stuck on 4.3.2 stright from the supplier and both found it worked much easier with snowbreeze 2.6

Personal preference i guess i have user redsnow on 4.3.1 with no problems only with 4.3.2

Im still on 3.2. never been arsed to upgrade..

However, if i was to upgrade my phone through itunes would this jailbreak work.. ?? or is the latest OS higher??

Also, im lazy and dont even bother charging my phone until it goes off.. will this jailbreak still be in place when such instances happen?? dont want to be rushing to to plug in the laptop if i turn my phone off?

Bad news! When it loaded up I had NO SIGNAL or SERVICE whatsoever. I had to install 4.3.2 again from scratch and now I'm left with an unjailbroken phone.

I'll probably try to use sn0wbreeze later on Windows and see if that works

Had that on one re did the jailbreak with snowbreeze 2.6 and it worked fine the first time id used redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc14.

Did u update to 4.3.2 through apple iTunes ? If so your baseband will have changed and so if you were unlocked...now your not check baseband...

For others using windows and not mac
if unlocked and need to preserve baseband you need to use "snowbreeze 2.6"
Why use Sn0wbreeze over Redsn0w? If your iPhone relies on a carrier unlock, you must use Sn0wbreeze 2.6 which will help retain the old baseband for iPhone 4 and 3GS users so that they can be unlocked using Ultrasn0w.
