Iphone 4g enlarge screen

My iphone 4g suddenly had its screen enlarged. The icons got so big i can not do anything reasonable on the fone, please help

Just double tap on the home screen with 3 finger,

It is probably just the zoom, you can disable it on settings, accessibility, zoom
