Here is 3 ways how to install

Method 1

If you are on your own secure wifi and switch your iphone wifi on the same network.
Open ifile and press the second icon on the bottom that looks like the wifi icon.
This will open a web server, the last line on the screen is your iphone wifi address.
Now in your browser type the wifi address shown, Upon connection, you can then goto the var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads directory and then browse for your ipa and to upload.

For method 2

You will need to use iphone explorer/ifun box
Open itunes and do a sync for backup. Then close it.
Open iphone exlorer/ifun box and go to the var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads directory.
On your PC folder where you saved the ipa, drag or copy the ipa file into the installous download directory area
Wait for it to finish loading.


After open the installous/downloads
click ipa and install.
Seat back and relax

Method 3

Unrar the ipa file into a directory.
Open itunes - click on add directory to library.
Let iTunes do the rest.
After it has finished - sync your iphone.
