Hi mate try plugging in to comp see what happens it may boot,if still same apple logo: hold power and home button for 20 secs and wait to see if it boots or iTunes recognises the phone

yes it boots when i pluggin in to comp itunes recognise it ,as i see it makes update with the last firmware 4.1
i let the update or no
i have read in some post when u update ur iphone 3g with the last firmware it will be not connected with wifi and we can't to unlock with any network
my question is it realy this info

my phone dont start it's only apple logos appear on the screen
firmware version 3.1.2 D711 sorry i dont remember my baseband

ok dont worry about baseband your firmware is good,download your stock fw from here iPod, iPhone and iPad Firmware Download remember 3g,and 3.1.2 yes ,
when you have it you need to custom restore,so attach ipod again and when itunes pops up RESTORE, by holding shift IN ON KEYBOARD then clicking restore in itunes and point it to the fw you have just got from felix keep it plugged in ALL THE TIME let it restore.
then the easiest way for you would be goto "jailbreakme.com" in safari leave it plugged in all the time.when done goto your cydia app and search and add the repo source ultrasn0w and reboot.you will then be jailbroke and unlocked then come back here thnx micky any questions ask!!! before action

hello micky, i don't understand any thing !!!!!!!
i do all what you explain for me but at the end when i hold
shift in keyboard and clicking restore in itunes and points the fw ,finaly itunes was return a message :your fw is incompatible microprogramme

Does this mean your iPhone comes on now? if so just go ahead from the jailbreakme..com leaving plugged in.

If in same position as before try download the 3.1.3 for your phone and try again,we want you to preserve baseband and not have to use ipads firmware which isn't as easy or the best option at the moment for you
