Hi, I am new to iPhone and just got an iPhone with Ver 4.0.2 (8A400) and modem Firmware 01.59.00.

My question is can I update to the latest ver 4.3.2?

Can someone help me out please?

Do you rely on a carrier unlock?
IE. in the US you want to use t-mobile?
