ok guys so i got some free 3g sim cards from the 3 network which i have cut down to fit the mini sim tray on my iphone 4. The cards are locking onto the 3 network ok and even let me put some credit on them no problem. I am having problems getting the network settings on the iphone. When i go into settings/general/network there is no option to turn on the 3g nor an option for mobile data network. This means i cannot put in the data which will give me mms messages and mobile internet.
when i put my old sims back in from o2 and tesco the 3g and mobile data network icons appear again.
the phone was an o2 phone but it has been unlocked officially through o2 and is running 4.3.3(8j2) firmware on the phone. Can anyone explain.
