    One quick thing.. I installed installous without Appsync.. what should I do? can I install it separately? or can I uninstall and instal Sinfuls?

        Yeah, you can install appsync seperatley, no worries, sinful's AppSync for IOS 4.x+ is tried and tested, but you should be fine with any listed for IOS4.

                dumb question, but how many of the appstore apps can u get from installous?

                    I still havent sussed it. I can get to the app in installous, I go to download and get a number of sources to download from, I choose one, then I get a load of adverts with download buttons and shite.. I have not suceeded in downloading one app yet from installous.

                    I must be doing something wrong.

                            Any cracked app you download from installous or anywhere is based on someone buying the original app, "cracking" the app and uploading it to the web.

                                try fileape as your download source click regular download ,let the second counter countdown to zero you will then be presented with a DOWNLOAD NOW line press that and your download will begin,,different download sources require different ways

                                    you can browse for apps on your PC, getting the same results you would get using installous on the iphone..

                                    Visit : apptrackr home

                                    apptrackr is not internet explorer friendly though, use firefox (rec) or chrome.

                                    Once you download a .ipa file you can use itunes to sync it over to phone.

                                                If you are on iOS 4.x.x I loved vwalpaper gives you video wallpapers as well as video ringtones I loved it till I got a new phone with ops 5 on and they have not released a 5 compatible version yet. Scroll dock is good too.
