micky im on 4.3.3 firmware which was put on by itunes what do i do here cheers mate.

Have you got a 3GS ?,if so use sn0wbreeze 2.7.1 as said above,and get your Ipsw from felixbruns/iPod/firmware, make sure you get the correct Ipsw for your phone! And when in sn0wbreeze point it to this when it asks for it,cheers Micky

Hi guys i have recently bought a jailbroken iphone 4 i think it has firmware 4.1 on it, my question is if i upgrade via itunes to the new firmware 4.3 will i lose everything currently on my phone at the moment?
obviously i would jailbreak it again but i just want to know as i dont fancy losing all my apps at the moment

Backup the iPhone to iTunes...... use one of many backup tools in Cydia for cydia tweaks and apps

evening guys, i dont know what the hell is going on here, but despite help and advice from you 3 guys both in the open and via pm, this computer of our maudes will not show/display/download ispw file. when downloaded, several times, i go to winrar, it shows the file as iphone 2,1_4.3.3 but when i unpack it breaks it down into 8 differant elements. none of which are ISPW.

operating system is Vista.
i have had several problems with this machine and software downloads etc. the latest being trying micys custom 4.3.3. the machine just updated through itunes and ~~~~ed the baseband up and removed the jailbreak etc. even though i followed instructions to the letter after bending mickys ear a good bit,.which he can testify to , cheers dude.

Try a different browser...download and install either chrome or firefox...a lot of people have this problem...

Don't u have a factory unlock now?

Don't think you need to unpack if it says 4.? Blah blah then I think that is the ipsw,also why would you want my custom if you unlocked anyway,just get the 4.3.3 from felix as mentioned before .don't unpack, extension should be ipsw already..and point snow 2.7.3 to that ipsw, mmm that's it I think

Your browser may change the ipsw-file into a zip-file. In that case, just rename it to end in .ipsw and iTunes will accept it

There is no unlock code, it's done on apples server you just need to sync in itunes with your new sim in and it will unlock it, had mine unlocked by orange and they never notified me
