re downloading the sw via mozilla at the mo

i'm guessing the ipsw you're trying to use has been re- named with a .zip extension by your browser for some reason, happens to me with internet explorer... re-name it with a .ipsw extension. (need to un-tick 'hide extensions for known file-types' checkbox in folder management ) then just re-name it, confirm warning message.
