o2 are unlocking there contract customers iphones free of charge you just need to submit ya details here

they do charger ther pay n go customers ?14.70 tho
but thats still not much for a factory unlock

I got my text through today telling me to sync my phone with iTunes for my unlock worked a treat

Don't know why they've done this, every phone i've had on o2 - contract has always been factory unlocked.
