    What do you guys think about this website?

    I thought it's a good deal and I ordered a 3.4" Touch Screen GSM Cell Phone from http://goo.gl/9RqDT
    I've placed an order 4days ago. They didn't even reply that it is in stock or not. When I emailed them, I just received an automatic mail saying that I will get a reply in 24hrs. After 24hrs, still no reply and I made a call. But no one answered the phone. What options do I have at this point? I can't even cancel the order.

      Also there tends to be pretty high duty in importing iphone so I guess that it a little bit more bad news.

          As long as you pay via a credit card or paypal there's a good chance of getting your money back if things go tits up....
          Buying from abroad can be scary... as I have bought stuff direct from China...just over a week by post stuff always gets here...be patient it may still turn up....

                  be patient.... it will be mailed to you. They are just not proactive in replying mails

                      youre dealing with china not london..things get done when they get chance not when you place the order,,,as already said youre looking at a week or so for p+p,,if you want it done insatntly dont buy half way round the world

                              It could be worse .... if it all goes horribly wrong you are only $60 out.

                              Looks like free shipping and a tracking number once it's on it's way. I ordered stuff from China last year and it took about 10 days. Fortunately they marked it as a gift for customs and I didn't have to pay any duty.
                              There is no tomorrow..... it's simply two days after yesterday !

                                  Also they say they ship with Fedex/UPS for the US, and has different shipping terms for Canada, but does not specify who they use. Although they say USPS for international, but that's under another TOS for international orders. I guess the question is are they considering Canada as part of their separate international TOS.
                                  So bad!!
