hi all i really want to have a play around with ios5 but cant find a download link anywhere to the beta thats out i know a few on here has it could anyone point me in the right direction ?

jo jo its on the torrent sites like bt junkie and pirate bay. you will need a torent downloader such as utorrent to get it.

yes its a uk iPhone i have now got ios5 installed on my phone but i cant get it to activate i have been folowwing these instructions but cant get passed part 4 the notification drop down just wont appear any help will be much appreciated thanks in advance

1. On activation screen, triple click the home button. This will activate the Voice Over.
2. Triple click the home button and Emergency Call will appear.
3. Click on Emergency Call and, while it's switching, swipe-down with your three fingers. The Notification Center will appear!
4. Click on the Weather widget. The Weather app will load.
5. Click on the home button to exit to the iPhone's springboard.

mmmm seems i cant use the make or recieve calls or texts using this activation method it just allows access to the springboard and does not actually activate the iPhone

That's why I recommended buying an activation slot. Cuts out all the other problems you may encounter. When beta 2 comes out you may not be able to upgrade. Good luck.

ok i have googled and found these and paid for an activation slot just awaiting email back from them

wow that was great service recieved email saying udid is now registered just updated to ios5 again and went straight through the activation now to have a play with it
