ok have 4.2.1 base 5.15.04 its factory unlocked so dont need that ,, can it be done ? its to slow on 4.2.1 , its a 3g by the way

You need tinyumbrella SHSH Blobs, if you have not got them you might be able to go back with redsnow....

tried both its not havin it , l starts to restore in itunes and pops up an error and dosnt carry on ? and redsnow never finds the ipw ?

Do a fresh install of 4.2.1..... Restore as a new iPhone...jailbreak with Greenpois0n..job done...

Can't seem to get any Ipsw files to load into redsnow or snowbreaze at the minute ? Worked fine when l jailbroke the thing , saying that since l uninstalled winter board it's a 100 times best at the minute

forget about jailbreak for now.....concentrate on downgrading to whatever firmware you want....must have your SHSH blobs..

What fw did you jailbreak it on Smirnoff? If its higher than the one you want to go back too, then you cannot do it.

You had to change the address that itunes verifies it too, so it verifies it via cydia, rather than apple.

Dude, if u havent SHSHs saved then u just can't downgrade...
Just try clean restore and jail with Redsnow... May be the phone will work fast then... That is your only chance
