eBay app gonna get me in trouble

I'm no means new to ebay but since i've started using it on my iphone with it's easy-pay thing... i cant keep off it.. everytime i get stuck in traffic i end up 'winning' a new piece shiny-gadge.. started cursing at my phone in front of a customer today when i got a push-note telling me i'd been outbid on a motocross helmet even though i'm still yet to buy the motorcross bike to warrant the purchase of said helmet.

Is it just me ?

realised there's much better Bargains to be had with auctions ending during the week days when most peeps are away from interweb.. Including me before iPhone . Doubt I could bring myself to delete the app had some top buys though .
