Taking photos of the iPhone

Hello everyone

I wonder who could help me. I'm trying to get my photos from iPhone 2 but I can not. How can I do without iPhoto?

if it's anything like my iphone 4, just plug it into PC USB, iphone should show up in windows 'my computer', photos are in iPhone_name/internal storage/DCIM
