I take it this latest update is solely designed to stop us using Jailbreakme 3.0 .

Can't see any advantage in upgrading even though my phone is not jailbroken or am I missing something?

plugs a few minor security holes, including one used in jailbreaking.. nothing worth having.. no new features or anything good... 4.3.4 has been jailbroken, but is semi-tethered for now and a bit more 'fiddly' than previous jailbreaks... no unlock either.. stay away for now.

Yup... thanks .......that was my gut feeling on that too.

I'm unlocked via O2 so no probs there but the last time I went Jailbrake everything was reaaaaaally sloooooow and had real probs connecting to wifi, so I think I'll leave it a while before I try again.
