The biggest problem with boosters is the change in frequency between different networks.
O2 & Voda use 800mhz
Orange & T-Mobile use 1800mhz
US networks are on 1900mhz
Don't remember what 3 use & too lazy to look it up. All other networks piggyback on one or more of the above.
With different frequencies you need to slightly adjust the length of the antenna, or tune it similar to SWR meters for CB radios.
These stupid sticky bits of metal just don't help in the slightest.
