my first iphone error 21 white screen,help

hi got my first iphone and i got it faulty with white screen with error 21..it try holding the two button fix and not working..plus the screen stays white for about 10 mins then turns off,,its a 3g 8gb...any help guys.....thanks

Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to see if it's recognised...if it is try to "Restore".....make sure you put iPhone into DFU mode first...

thanks fiuiman,,i got rid of the white screen ,tryed redsnow jb .now the thing will not turn off just got apple logo and spining wheel,i try button holdin trick,and will not connet to itune.

Forget what's happening on your iPhone....just run redsn0w and follow the on screen instructions....don't worry about the fact you cannot switch off your iPhone.....just pretend and follow the instructions...once in DFU (screen will be blank) connect to iTunes and Restore....if you have a 3G iPhone you should be restoring to 4.2.1 FW...check

If your in a apple logo loop your power button won't work.... what version of redsn0w are you using...?
