IPhone4 jailbreak problem

A friend of mine who has her IP4 jailbroken, has lost her Bluetooth and Multimedia facility.

The firmware is 4.2.1 and using jailbreak greenpoison.

She has tried various fixes which none have worked.

Anyone who has jailbroken thier IP4 know of a working fix to regain the Bluetooth and Multimedia.

what do you mean lost the bluetooth feature ? bluetooth on iphone is for headset only is that what she has lost the ability to use a bluetooth headset or car conection etc ?

She could before jailbreaking send/recieve pics etc via Bluetooth and Multimedia (mms) to/from other phones.

Her network provider tells her to reset the phone to remove the jailbreak.

I put Cydia to Iphone 4 but when I try download cydia my phone gone off ;/ and after only restore to default. Any one find way to crack it ?

Following my earlier posts, could the Jailbreak Greenposion be the problem on her phone.
