Go to apple website and type in serial number. Then put in error such as no signal (blocked phone). They'll send out a packet to send back, send the phone back and a few days later you will have brand new phone

Hi the man I answered your question in one off your previous posts.Basically take it to apple store say you got not signal they will check for warranty ask for your details no id needed then replace your iphone 4/5 with a brand new one.
