Just lost all my contacts

Morning all,

i have just lost all my contacts from my iphone 4

had no problems at all then went to send a text and all my contacts had vanished.

any ideas anyone?

Connect back to your pc where you used to back up ur stuffs. Go to ur iPhone name on the left side and right click, select restore from back up. Wait and after sync. There are all back

Thought this might just be a glitch in the o/s. Did you try resetting your phone by holding down the standbye and home button for 5 seconds.
