iphone4 too dreambox connection

hi i have a jailbreaked iphone4 i want too view connections from my iphone too the dreambox, i have a wireless setup and c/s dreambox 500 alls fine when i try too safari to the the box i get a msg cannot get any access at all i want too 3g the box when im out not use wireless router too access box from iphone,

i can telnet too box no probs but i cant see with safari whos online example : http://192.168.1.5:16001 and active clients my iphone can telnet but cant safari useing 3g any help on this thanks

ps: i dont want too view channels i want too see whos active and online too the box from iphone safari is it possible
