How do i backup installous apps with itunes?

Got told to use appsync 4.0
I've installed it but having a clue what to do next.

If u have appsync installed and in installous itunes sync on, should auto copy yours apps to itunes, if not chose transfer purchases after right click on "iphone" in itunes

or to put it kindly read the instructions

but as said above
go into installous and go to settings and turn on itunes sync and when you connect to iTunes it will say that it found purchases and do you wanna transfer, click transfer purchases.
also if you wanna backup your Cydia apps if you have any you can download "aptbackup" from cydia just search it

just jumping in , l have a new phone comin but new f/w on it so cant jailbreak yet ,, can l import my apps and contact to the new phone ?
