    Iphone 4s or Galaxy s2?

I'm torn between these two phones. I really love the music player on the iphone, but where's the customization? Plus you can't download music without using iTunes and that sucks. But the galaxy s2 I heard has a really good battery life, but i'm scared it would force close alot and lag like the galaxy s and galaxy s 4g. Which should I choose?

I have the SG2, and the battery is not as good as is made out, I can just get a full day from a charge, but no more. but I dont know why you think it force closes and lags, I've had mine since May and it's forced closed once, there is definitely no lag, the speed of the phone is very impressive, the wifi is excellent, I've just done a speed test, (from 50mb broadband) and I'm getting 19.5 mbps.
the screen is vibrant and crystal clear.
I'm not bigging up the phone, it's just an honest opinion .
And I'm not going to run down the iphone 4s because I haven't used it so I cant compare the two.
My view of the SG2 is it's the dogs doodaas and would highly recommend it.
Why dont you go into a phone shop and try them both side by side.

i am getting nearly 48 hours out of my battery on iPhone, tip is to turn off 3g when not using it, you will see a massive battery improvement.

iPhone gets my vote , i had the luck to try the GS2, and feels very cheap phone, whereas the iphone has a class build and look to it , as well as all the other bells and whistles.

Not that I want to get on the wrong side of admin, but....

The S2 can also have the 3G & data connections turned off to improve the battery life. I can easily get over a day & a half out of mine without turning off the 3G. 2.3.3 SIM free.

I've never had a forced close.

              It doesn't lag

It has more going for it from a users perspective than any Iphone.

If build quality is more important than the weight, try looking at the htc Sensation XD.

If you gotta ask......then go for the S2...iPhone owners instinctively know quality...

You'll hear a lot of iphone users slating the SG2 because of it's plastic backplate, I wouldn't take much notice,
It doesn't make it look cheap, it keeps the weight down, you dont get a signal dropout like you do on the iphone, and one last thing, I've read the iphone 4s gets very hot on it's metal backplate, where the SG2 can disperse it heat much better, and these duel core chips give off a lot of heat.
