You asked for exact location of pin 1 of that IC. That was exactly what I gave you. A cropped image from the big picture of 3gs layout. All IC have marks where pin1 are. As argento7 noticed.
If you looked for something else let us know and we will help you as well.

                        Hi.

I have an Iphone 3gs with a backlight problem.

I changed the 6r8 coil, and the problem persists.

if I change the 109b ic?, my problem will be resolved? thanks in advance.

                            Hi everybody,
I have changed both IC 109B and 6R8, but the backlight problem remains. LCD screen is OK, as well as connection between 109b and LCD connector. Any idea?

Does any body know what the coil next to 6r8 is and if it has anything to do with backlight. Iv noticed on mine that there is a corner missing. Thanks in advance. Hopefully can download some of these pics as well now.

I can't seem to find which component L11_AP is. I can't seem to find it on the full component layout supplied by Argento7 thanks btw.
As anybody ever had problems with this component. Thanks
