How i restore iPhone4 (4.3.5) after a fail downgrade?

been on a jb 4.3.5 since i had the iPhone4.
had to boot with redsnow every time it went off.

this week i seen i post on redmondpie saying downgrade to 4.3.3 with out shsh.

so i give it ago.

now the iphone4 is stuck on a screen with apple an a load bar that stops at 25%.

Tried reboot but get same result every time,

Would of liked 4.3.3 but i'll just be happy to get back what i had now.

can anyone please help?

if your using a tethered jailbreak already with 4.3.5 you may as well upgrade to ios 5.x.x as this will be a tethered jailbreak as well...
