02 unlock 3GS

I tried filling this form out about 3 days ago https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?...locking%20Form to unlock my 3GS.

I put in my old 02 sim card, topped up with ?15 and filled out the form but it doesn't ask for a IEMI number, should it? Also should i not have had confirmation that they have received the request form? Should I leave the phone turned on also?

hi i had the same problem got mine sorted in the end
by calling customer services 0n 4445
tell them that you tride to unlock you phone using their web site and nothings happened they did mine over the phone for me 2 days later i got message to connect my phone to itunes which i did and itunes said congratulations iphone unlocked and will repeat same message every time you retore your ios

thanks for that mate, just rang them and she is sorting it, says it can take up to 3 days to unlock
