Jailbreak iPhone 3g

I have been trying to jailbreak an iPhone 3g with iOS 4.2.1 with greenpois0n but i am having no luck.

I follow the on screen procedure to put the phone into DFU but it isnt working, anyone have any ideas

yes give up mate, ive been trying for 2 days with the same and no luck, was it saying try again??

It's not rocket science....unless you are use to jailbreaking all the time you have to keep trying...

Whats your modem firmware guys?also do you want unlock or just JB? Think maybe snowbreeze 2.2 would be better anyway

My modem firmware is 05.15.04, i will give sowbreeze a go and let you know

Or if that doesn't work then use "redsn0w 0.9.6b6".
greenpoison not compatable i don't think. But just JB sn0w is better. Good luck.

I use redsnow many times and it's work fine. For the DFU, try again, you will finish by go in this mode.
