Why can't I downloand itunes or quicktime

I was downloading the latest version of itunes and my windows pc crashed. Now itunes is not on my computer anymore and everytime I try to re-install, I get to the end when an error message comes up saying, could not install, see windows provider.

Any Ideas?

this is one of the hardest programs to remove from a pc m8 . there isnt even and uninstaller for itunes that clears every file ,, its a nightmare to remove fully and reinstall . http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925

or try as system restore to before u updated install

if my memory serves me correctly there is 6 things you need to manually uninstall to completely remove i tunes,quick search on the web should reveal al
