hi the girlfriend is thinkin of buyin a 2 nd hand ( or pre owned if u re posh ) i phone 4 off a girl who she kno s not that well who lives near , its a payg with orange.......was wonderin wats stoppin girl sellin it then reportin it stolen n gettin it blocked n claimin another on her insurance...would gf have to re register it with apple or with orange immediately to prevent this ???? ob she ll check it out to see if its workin ok n to seee if its in gd condition but is there any other problems anyone can for see about this purchase or anything she shud be aware of ?? many many thanks

Good point....it wouldn't hurt to let all parties know of change of ownership of iPhone...Also get a signed receipt stating change of ownership so if the sh1t hits the fan you can show Orange that ownership has changed
