    Black screen

    My mate has the iphone 4, the other day he went to turn it on after charging and got the dredded black screen. He has tried a hard reset to no avail. Any ideas?

      Try plugging it into iTunes see if it's seen...

      Make sure it's fully charged...

      Try a different USB cable.....
